What will my loan cost?
In the lists of terms and conditions you will find the current nominal and effective interest rate that would apply to your loan for the desired term. The effective combined interest rate applicable for the duration of the fixed-interest period is also stated for the programmes with staggered interest rates.
In addition, the possible fixed-interest periods, the disbursement rate, the redemption-free grace years, any commitment fee that may be incurred, and the KfW programme number are also stated.
